It is the VETERAN, not the poet,  who has given us freedom of speech.
It is the VETERAN, not the campus organizer, who has given us freedom to

"Taking Care of Our Own"
Bear Lake Days Parade

Operation Injured Soldiers joined the Bear Lake
Days parade this year to help raise awareness.
Tony Covell and his family rode in the parade and
handed out brochures.  His children got to
experience the work that is involved and the
honor that we strive to give to all our veterans for
sacrificing so much for the country we call home.
We were very much impressed with the great
turnout of paraders and the crowds that
applauded our military personnel.  It is just one of
many times that we see how much patriotism and
support America has.

We concluded our evening by watching the
fireworks.  It was a night to work and also a night
to enjoy together as a family.  A true American
tradition.

If you are interested in volunteering for any
activity or donating any necessities to help our
veterans enjoy their adventure, please contact
Tony or Tasha Covell at, (231) 362-2693 or
(616)406-7073. You may also email us at
